Chalk Paint® by Annie Sloan was developed to be a versatile paint that would work beautifully on furniture without priming or sanding; would be easy to use and quick to dry; this in turn could be used for many different applications.

Primer Red is a dark red Chalk Paint® colour found in practically every culture, appearing in everything from Venetian palaces to Vietnamese temples, where red earths were plentiful and relatively easy to come by. Use it for rustic pieces or as a base for sophisticated colours like Château Grey or Versailles.
