Rubber stamps create the background for this piece.  Colored pencils give it the focal pop.  Layer with textures of embossed papers, fibers, trims, late, etc.   Video class will take you through all the steps.  Kit includes all supplies and assortment of stamps.  Additional stamps can be purchased.
