Learn this wire weaving method that creates a tube of wire that can be stretched to size and cut into section for beads, bracelets and necklaces. You will need 24/26 and 18 gauge wire preferably in the same color, painters or masking tape, plastic card (ie.old credit card), wooden dowel rod ⅜-½, wire working tools, round nose, chain nose, bent chain nose, wire working pliers, flush cutters, wire straighteners and wire reducers to pull the finished weaving to size, We have these supplies at Mrs. O’Leary’s. To finish into jewelry you will also need several beads, 2 bead caps, jump rings and clasp. This will give you information to start your project but you will need additional working time to complete. Contact us for questions about materials. We will teach how to do the form and do the weave in this first season. Session 2 will be the following Tuesday evening and we will show how to turn your woven wire into a bracelet. No charge for the instruction but materials need to be purchased.

Learn to make a Faux Vintage Window with a wire grid center. This is a class from a Favorite Art Unplugged class from the past. Kits will be available for purchase, but I’ll provide a supply list you can get from your local hardware shop. The following week I will be teaching an in-store/zoom class that teaches several skills for making reproduction items to place on your grid.
