Vintage Holiday Postcard Hang-Ups

Join us on Facebook Live or In-Store on November 28th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm for this vintage postcard class! For those who join us in-store, we have a limit of 6 people to allow for social distancing and masks are required during class.

Watch as Joni demonstrates making reproduction Vintage Postcards with a custom-made image, perfect for this project, photos, cards etc. She will be decorating with our hand dyed ribbons, specialty glitter/micas, vintage buttons, tinsel, evergreen wires, charms and trims.

For those who are taking the class in-store, the kit will be $25 which supplies 2 postcards, mica/glitter, ribbon scraps, glue and wire for 2 hangers.

For those who are following along at home, you can order or pick up a kit for $20 which does not include mica/glitter and glue. If making at home you will need round nose or bailing pliers, scissors, glue and or adhesive and glitter/mica.

Story Bottles

Zoom with us or join us In-Store on December 5th from 11:00am to 2:30pm for the soldered bottle class! For those who join us in-store, we have a limit of 6 people to allow for social distancing and masks are required during class.

Soldered Story Bottles have been a favorite among students for years. Foil, solder and add rhinestone chain to the bottle. Learn lots of techniques for decorating your bottle. Start with topper and inside drop attachment and go onto bottle filler. Decoupage or transfer pictures to the bottle. Use our wax formula to adhere lace and other trims. Tags are stamped, waxed and glittered for a vintage look.

In-store class kit includes bottle, soldering supplies and equipment, paper shred or snow filler, tags and a trim assortment. In-store students will have use of wax, rubber stamps and decorating glitter. Those who take the in-store class will have access to the classroom and supplies until 4pm. This kit costs $50.

Shipped kit will have bottle, rhinestone chain, a small assortment of tags, ribbons, filler, wire and trims, but you will need to supply your own soldering equipment and supplies. Contact for further information. You may take part via Zoom by ordering the kit ($50 plus shipping) or choose to just watch the how to’s of the project (no kit) for $35.

Christmas Countdown Calendar Kits

The Base Kit is $50 and includes the frame, chipboard backings, magnets, and papers to create your countdown calendar. There are also Trims Kits that are $25 and provides a variety of trims to further decorate your calendar with.

She will be taking reservations from people who want to go on a personal, virtual, shopping tour around the store.
